What is Bump Buddies?

Bump Buddies is an exciting new antenatal service for Teesside, County Durham and North Yorkshire that offers expectant parents a personal insight into their journey through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

The most important thing to say is that there is no one way to have a perfect pregnancy or birth but there are many ways to have good ones. Bump Buddies is not here to tell you how to do things but to work with mums-to-be, their partners and their pregnancies so that you can make it the best possible experience by giving practical antenatal care, knowledge and support throughout the antenatal journey.

There will be ups and downs throughout any pregnancy but by gaining information, advice and guidance through Bump Buddies' antenatal workshops or one to one antenatal care, you can ensure that you will have the knowledge and tools to help you cope physically and emotionally with the changes and challenges that you may face.
